(LPL/FOX13) –La policía informó que se desató un tiroteo en el exterior de una discoteca de Memphis la madrugada del jueves, dejando a dos hombres heridos.
La Policía de Memphis (MPD) informó que el incidente ocurrió en Lucille’s Blues and Diner.
Los agentes respondieron alrededor de las 3:30 a. m. a un tiroteo en la discoteca ubicada en South Third Street, en el vecindario de Westwood, y encontraron a dos hombres heridos por disparos.
La policía indicó que se esperaba que ambos hombres sobrevivieran, aunque uno de ellos fue trasladado inicialmente a un hospital en estado crítico.

(LPL/FOX13) – Gunfire erupted outside a Memphis nightclub early Thursday morning, injuring two men, police said.
Memphis Police (MPD) said it happened at Lucille’s Blues and Diner.
Officers responded around 3:30 a.m. to a shooting at the nightclub on South Third Street in the Westwood neighborhood and found two men had been injured by gunfire, police said.
Police said both men were expected to survive, though one of them initially had been taken to a hospital in critical condition.
A third person was also taken to a hospital after suffering a medical episode and not because they were shot, police said. MPD also said two other people were treated on scene after their vehicle was shot up; neither of them were injured.
In a report, MPD said a fight inside the nightclub spilled out into the parking lot and led to gunfire. Several people fired shots at each other, including one person shooting into the air, police said.
MPD said investigators believe that three separate shootings took place near Lucille’s, including one in a parking lot across the street from the nightclub.
Witnesses told investigators that at some point security guards also fired their weapons. The guards were nowhere to be found when officers arrived to the scene, police said.
This wasn’t the first time MPD investigated a shooting at Lucille’s.
