Woman killed, another injured in I-240, Getwell shooting
(LPL/WREG) – Una mujer resultó muerta y otra mujer está gravemente herida después de un tiroteo el pasado martes en la Interestatal 240 y Getwell Road, dijola policía de Memphis.
Los oficiales llegaron a la estación de servicio Circle K en 2678 Getwell Road un poco después de las 9:40 p.m. donde se encontraron dos mujeres con heridas de bala. Dicen que el tiroteo tuvo lugar originalmente en la I-240.
Un testigo dijo que vio un vehículo salir de la interestatal y entrar en el estacionamiento de la estación de servicio. Dijo que había varias personas dentro del vehículo y por lo que pudo ver, muchas de esas personas tenían heridas.
Una mujer fue declarada muerta en la escena y otra mujer fue llevada a Regional One en estado crítico, dice la policía.

(LPL/WREG) – A woman is dead and another woman is severely injured after an overnight shooting on Interstate 240 and Getwell Road last Tuesday, Memphis Police say.
Officers arrived at the Circle K gas station on 2678 Getwell Road a little after 9:40 p.m. where two women were found suffering from gunshot wounds. They say the shooting originally took place on I-240.
A witness said he saw a vehicle turn off the interstate and pull into the parking lot of the gas station. He said there were multiple people inside of the vehicle and from what he could see, many of those individuals had injuries.
One woman was pronounced dead on the scene and another woman was taken to Regional One in critical condition, police say.
