Encuentran muerta a niña hispana de apenas 2 años que había sido reportada como desaparecida el domingo

(LPL) – Una intensa búsqueda terminó en tragedia la madrugada de este lunes en San Antonio, Texas, luego de que una niña hispana de 2 años, identificada como Aryana Trevino Martinez, fuera encontrada sin vida horas después de que las autoridades emitieran una Alerta AMBER para localizarla.

La menor había sido reportada como desaparecida la noche del domingo desde la cuadra 4700 de Allegheny Drive, en el noroeste de San Antonio. Tras el reporte, la Policía de San Antonio y el Departamento de Seguridad Pública de Texas activaron una Alerta AMBER para solicitar la ayuda de la comunidad en su búsqueda.

Durante varias horas, oficiales y equipos de emergencia recorrieron el área hasta que localizaron a la niña inconsciente cerca de un estanque en la zona de Belle Ellen, muy cerca del lugar donde había sido vista por última vez.

De acuerdo con la policía, los agentes comenzaron de inmediato a realizar maniobras de reanimación en un intento por salvarle la vida. Posteriormente, Aryana fue trasladada de urgencia a un hospital, donde fue declarada muerta.

La Oficina del Médico Forense del Condado de Bexar informó que la menor fue declarada fallecida a las 12:10 a.m. de este lunes.

Tras el hallazgo, tanto la Policía de San Antonio como el Departamento de Seguridad Pública de Texas cancelaron la Alerta AMBER alrededor de las 3:00 a.m., al confirmarse que la menor había sido localizada.

Hasta el momento, las autoridades no han revelado las circunstancias que rodearon la desaparición de Aryana, cómo terminó en el estanque ni si hubo indicios de un delito.

Asimismo, la causa y la forma de su muerte continúan bajo investigación por parte de la Oficina del Médico Forense, que realizará la autopsia para determinar exactamente qué ocurrió.

Las autoridades indicaron que, por ahora, no se divulgarán más detalles mientras avanza la investigación del caso.

(LPL) – An intense search ended in tragedy early Monday morning in San Antonio, Texas, after a 2-year-old Hispanic girl identified as Aryana Trevino Martinez was found dead hours after authorities issued an AMBER Alert to locate her.

The child had been reported missing Sunday night from the 4700 block of Allegheny Drive in northwest San Antonio. Following the report, the San Antonio Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety issued an AMBER Alert to enlist the community’s help in the search.

For several hours, officers and emergency crews combed the area until they found the girl unconscious near a pond in the Belle Ellen area, very close to where she was last seen.

According to police, officers immediately began resuscitation efforts in an attempt to save her life. Aryana was subsequently rushed to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office reported that the child was pronounced dead at 12:10 a.m. Monday.

Following the discovery, both the San Antonio Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety cancelled the AMBER Alert around 3:00 a.m. after confirming the child had been found.

Authorities have not yet disclosed the circumstances surrounding Aryana’s disappearance, how she ended up in the pond, or whether there were any signs of foul play.

Additionally, the cause and manner of her death remain under investigation by the Medical Examiner’s Office, which will conduct an autopsy to determine exactly what happened.

Authorities stated that no further details will be released at this time while the investigation into the case continues.
