The man has been identified as Jordan Salinas, a 35-year-old healthcare worker. Salinas was at the restaurant with his brother when the attacker began firing at customers and employees. Without hesitation, he drew his legally owned firearm and returned fire, while an off-duty state trooper also intervened.
