Reportero de noticias locales de Memphis fue robado en una gasolinera

(LPL/ABC24) – Un reportero de un canal de televisión local fue víctima de un robo de auto en una gasolinera Mobil cerca del bulevar E.H. Crump, según un comunicado del Departamento de Policía de Memphis (MPD).

Local Memphis news reporter carjacked right outside of Downtown Memphis

(LPL/ABC24) – A local television news reporter was carjacked at a Mobil Gas Station near E.H. Crump Boulevard, according to a statement from the Memphis Police Department (MPD).

Officers responded to a carjacking at the scene in the 800 block of South Third Street on the morning of Tuesday, June 10, at around 10:45 a.m.
Preliminary information found that the person responsible is a black man around 6 feet tall, possibly wearing a black head scarf, white jacket, gray shirt and black pants.

The victim of the carjacking was identified as WREG reporter Mike Suriani, according to the station’s website. He was not hurt, according to the report.

A white 2016 Toyota RAV4 was stolen, according to the article.

The vehicle has yet to be recovered, a spokesperson from MPD said.
