Todo un éxito primera edición del concurso Belleza Latina de Memphis
The first edition of the Memphis Latina Beauty pageant was a complete success.
(LPL) – Verónica Chacín, de Venezuela, es la flamante ganadora de la 1era edición del concurso “Belleza Latina”, que se llevó a cabo el pasado domingo en el Wolfchase Mall de la ciudad de Memphis y que estuvo organizado por La Prensa Latina Media y Dillard’s
Con 10 participantes provenientes de diferentes países de Latinoamérica, la asistencia fue increíble: el público fue numeroso, entusiasta y lleno de energía. Uno de los patrocinadores del evento llevó coronitas, y fue realmente conmovedor ver a las niñas en el público, luciendo sus pequeñas tiaras y mirando con admiración a las concursantes. Momentos como ese, recuerdan por qué eventos como “Belleza Latina” son tan importantes.
Luego de los desfiles en ropa de gala, deportiva y casual, el jurado compuesto por Elmer Palma, Elizabeth Arguijo y Dayana Dussan escogieron a las cinco finalistas en donde destacaron luego de la ronda de preguntas Verónica Chacín, Valeria Rincón y Patricia Márquez quienes ocuparon el Top-3. Ya en la decisión final, el jurado se decantó por Chacín quién además se llevó la banda de Miss Elegancia. Rincón quedó como 2da finalista y Márquez fue primera finalista.
La ganadora representará a la ciudad de Memphis en el concurso Miss Tennessee a realizarse durante los próximos meses.

(LPL) -Verónica Chacín, from Venezuela, is the winner of the first edition of the “Belleza Latina” pageant, held last Sunday at the Wolfchase Mall in Memphis and organized by La Prensa Latina Media and Dillard’s.
With 10 participants from different Latin American countries, the attendance was incredible: the audience was large, enthusiastic, and energetic. One of the event’s sponsors wore little crowns, and it was truly moving to see the girls in the audience, wearing their tiny tiaras and gazing in admiration at the contestants. Moments like these are a reminder of why events like “Belleza Latina” are so important.
After the parades of formal, sportswear, and casual wear, the judges, composed of Elmer Palma, Elizabeth Arguijo, and Dayana Dussan, selected the five finalists. After the question-and-answer session, Verónica Chacín, Valeria Rincón, and Patricia Márquez stood out, placing in the Top 3. In the final decision, the judges chose Chacín, who also took home the Miss Elegance sash. Rincón finished second, and Márquez was first runner-up.
The winner will represent Memphis in the Miss Tennessee pageant, which will be held in the coming months.
