The fun is back: “Spring Break Mane” returns for its fourth year
(LPL/FOX13) –Las vacaciones de primavera para miles de estudiantes de Mid-South están a una semana de distancia. Y hay muchas actividades gratuitas disponibles para que los padres inscriban a sus hijos.
“Spring Break Mane” regresa por cuarto año. Es un evento de tres días proporcionado por Memphis Parks que ofrece un montón de actividades al aire libre para niños, y todo es gratis.
Las actividades incluyen sesiones de patineta, escalada en roca, castillos inflables y laser tag. Incluso hay un torneo de videojuego en el que el ganador se lleva una PlayStation5.
La diversión comienza el 11 de marzo en Tobey Park, continúa el 13 de marzo en Walter May Park y termina el 15 de marzo en Mud Island. Cada día se desarrolla desde el mediodía hasta las 3 p. m.
No se requiere inscripción para los participantes, pero los niños y adolescentes menores de 18 años deben estar acompañados por un adulto. Spring Break Mane es una asociación de Memphis Parks con Ladia Yates y su Academia L.Y.E.

(LPL/FOX13) – Spring Break for thousands of Mid-South students is a week away. And there are plenty of free activities available for parents to sign their kids up for.
Spring Break Mane is back for a fourth year. It’s a three-day event provided by Memphis Parks that offers a ton of outdoor activities for kids, and it’s all free.
The activities include skateboard sessions, rock climbing, bounce houses and laser tag. There’s even a video game tournament with the winner walking away with a PlayStation5.
The fun begins March 11 at Tobey Park, continues March 13 at Walter May Park and ends March 15 on Mud Island. Each day runs from noon-3 p.m.
No registration is required for participants but children and teens under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Spring Break Mane is a Memphis Parks partnership with Ladia Yates and her L.Y.E Academy.
Another fun opportunity for children is the Memphis Parks’ Spring Break Camp.
It offers a week of activities that include arts and crafts, a scavenger hunt and a St. Patrick’s Day party. It is from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on March 10-14, 2025.
