Juvenile injured after shooting at gas station in Mendenhall Estates
(LPL/WMC) – Un menor resultó herido tras un tiroteo el domingo por la noche.
El domingo, poco antes de las 7:10 p. m., los agentes acudieron a un tiroteo en el local Valero, ubicado en Knight Arnold Road 5315.
En el lugar, los agentes observaron a la víctima sentada dentro de un Nissan Altima blanco con una herida de bala.
Una mujer declaró a la policía que vio una camioneta azul acercarse al Nissan Altima y disparar contra dos víctimas que se encontraban en el vehículo, según la policía.
Se acercó al Nissan Altima y agarró al menor, que se encontraba en el asiento trasero del copiloto.
Según la policía, también afirmó haber visto a un hombre con una sudadera gris con capucha acercarse al Nissan Altima y tomar el arma de fuego que la víctima llevaba en el regazo.
El hombre fue visto por última vez caminando hacia NYC Deli & Market, ubicado en South Mendenhall Road 3193.
La víctima fue trasladada al Hospital Regional One en estado crítico.
Otra víctima fue el gerente de un Taco Bell de la zona, quien declaró a la policía que se encontraba afuera cuando una bala impactó en la puerta principal del negocio.
No necesitó atención médica.

(LPL/WMC) –A juvenile was injured after a shooting on Sunday night.
On Sunday, just before 7:10 p.m., officers responded to a shooting at the Valero on 5315 Knight Arnold Road.
On the scene, officers saw the victim sitting inside of a white Nissan Altima suffering from a gunshot wound.
A woman told police she saw a blue SUV drive to the side of the Nissan Altima and shoot at two victims in the Nissan, according to police.
She approached the Nissan Altima and grabbed the juvenile victim, who was in the rear passenger side of the vehicle.
According to police, she also said she saw a man with a gray hoodie walk up to the Nissan Altima and take the firearm that was on the victim’s lap.
The man was last seen walking toward NYC Deli & Market on 3193 South Mendenhall Road.
The victim was taken to Regional One Hospital in critical condition
Another victim was a manager of the Taco Bell in the area who told police he was standing outside when a bullet hit the front door of the business.
He did not need medical attention.
