Hispano indocumentado secuestra a su hija en Tennessee y huye a México

(LPL) – Un inmigrante hispano indocumentado está siendo buscado por múltiples agencias federales y estatales tras secuestrar a su hija de siete años y huir con ella a México.

Las autoridades federales han emitido órdenes de arresto contra José Inocencio Fraire Chávez, de 39 años, por presuntamente haber raptado a su hija, Tah Yah Yona Chávez, del condado de Obion, Tennessee. El hombre, que se encuentra ilegalmente en Estados Unidos, no ha sido visto desde el 2 de mayo junto a la menor. El caso ha generado gran preocupación por la seguridad de la niña, y el Buró de Investigaciones de Tennessee (TBI) activó una Alerta de Menor en Peligro el 5 de mayo.

Según la policía de Union City, Chávez y la menor primero viajaron a Carolina del Norte, donde tienen familiares, antes de cruzar ilegalmente la frontera hacia México. Las autoridades han confirmado que actualmente se encuentran en ese país, posiblemente protegidos por familiares.

El hombre enfrenta cargos federales por posesión ilegal de un arma de fuego, evasión de procesos migratorios y fuga para evitar el enjuiciamiento. A nivel estatal, se le acusa de secuestro especialmente agravado e interferencia con la custodia.

“En el centro de esta investigación está una niña inocente que merece regresar con su familia en Tennessee”, dijo David Rausch, director del TBI.

Las autoridades advierten que Chávez debe considerarse armado y peligroso. Fue visto por última vez conduciendo una camioneta Chevrolet S10 verde modelo 1998 con placas de Tennessee 433BPFB. Cualquier persona que tenga información debe llamar al 911 inmediatamente.

Undocumented Hispanic Man Kidnaps Daughter in Tennessee and Flees to Mexico

(LPL) – An undocumented Hispanic immigrant is being sought by multiple federal and state agencies after allegedly kidnapping his 7-year-old daughter and fleeing with her to Mexico.

Federal authorities have issued arrest warrants for 39-year-old José Inocencio Fraire Chávez in connection with the abduction of his daughter, Tah Yah Yona Chávez, from Obion County, Tennessee. Chávez, who is in the United States illegally, has not been seen since May 2, along with the child. The case has raised serious concerns for the girl’s safety, prompting the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) to issue an Endangered Child Alert on May 5.

According to the Union City Police Department, Chávez and the child initially traveled to North Carolina, where they have family, before illegally crossing the border into Mexico. Authorities have since confirmed that they are currently in Mexico, possibly sheltered by relatives.

Chávez faces federal charges for illegally possessing a firearm, willfully evading deportation procedures, and fleeing to avoid prosecution. He is also wanted on state charges of especially aggravated kidnapping and custodial interference.

“At the center of this investigation is an innocent child who deserves to be reunited with her family in West Tennessee,” said TBI Director David Rausch.

Authorities warn that Chávez should be considered armed and dangerous. He was last seen driving a green 1998 Chevrolet S10 pickup truck with Tennessee license plate 433BPFB. Anyone with information is urged to call 911 immediately.
