Hombre es arrestado tras presunto tiroteo por violencia doméstica en complejo de apartamentos Country Squire Place

(LPL) – Un hombre fue detenido la madrugada de este viernes luego de un presunto tiroteo ocurrido en un complejo de apartamentos de Cordova, informó el Departamento de Policía de Memphis (MPD).

Los hechos ocurrieron poco después de las 4:20 a.m. en el bloque 8200 de Country Squire Place, donde agentes respondieron a un reporte de disparos.

De acuerdo con las autoridades, ninguna persona resultó herida, aunque varios impactos de bala causaron daños a la propiedad.

Tras el incidente, el sospechoso huyó del lugar a bordo de un sedán rojo. Poco tiempo después, un organismo policial aliado logró localizar el vehículo y detener al hombre.

La investigación preliminar indica que el tiroteo se originó a raíz de una disputa de violencia doméstica.

Hasta el momento, la Policía de Memphis no ha revelado la identidad del detenido ni los cargos que podría enfrentar. El caso permanece bajo investigación.rogramada una comparecencia ante un juez este viernes por la mañana.

Man arrested following alleged domestic violence shooting at Country Squire Place apartment complex

(LPL) – A man was taken into custody early Friday morning following an alleged shooting at an apartment complex in Cordova, the Memphis Police Department (MPD) reported.

The incident occurred shortly after 4:20 a.m. in the 8200 block of Country Squire Place, where officers responded to a report of gunfire.

According to authorities, no one was injured, although gunfire caused property damage.

Following the incident, the suspect fled the scene in a red sedan. Shortly thereafter, a partner law enforcement agency located the vehicle and detained the man.

A preliminary investigation indicates that the shooting stemmed from a domestic violence dispute.

As of now, Memphis police have not released the identity of the detained man or the charges he might face. The case remains under investigation.
