(LPL/WREG) – A Nutbush couple is accused of bringing their minor son with them when they ambushed, tied up, and robbed a man inside his East Memphis home Monday night.

Police said Crystal Sotelo, 36, and Brian Oseguera, 26, were arrested, and their son was taken into custody on Tuesday.
Sotelo and Oseguera were charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, robbery in concert, theft of property of $1,000 or less, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The juvenile was transported to the Youth Justice Education Center.

The victim told police he was attacked by four people who forced their way into his
condominium off Park Avenue.
The victim said he had previously met one of the suspects at an East Memphis business, and they got together for dinner the night he was robbed.
He said he invited the suspect back to his home. The victim stated that while he was waiting for the suspect to arrive, the suspect, along with two other males and a female, barged inside.
The victim said they pistol-whipped him, put an extension cord around his legs, tied a pillow case around his mouth, and ransacked his place before leaving with several items.

Police said Sotelo, Oseguera, and their son were developed as suspects and located at their home on Fairmont Avenue in Nutbush.

Sotelo is being held on a $250,000 bond, and Oseguera’s bond was set at $75,000. They are both expected to be in court on Friday, Sept. 26.
