El mandatario estadounidense dijo que 11 personas murieron en el ataque en “aguas internacionales”. El secretario de Estado, Marco Rubio, describió el “ataque letal” como realizado en el “sur del Caribe” contra “una embarcación de drogas que había partido de Venezuela”.
