Un hombre resulta gravemente herido en tiroteo ocurrido dentro de una vivienda en Cordova

(LPL) – Un hombre se encuentra en estado crítico y otro fue detenido luego de un tiroteo ocurrido la mañana del lunes en una vivienda de Cordova, según informó la Oficina del Sheriff del Condado de Shelby (SCSO).

Los agentes respondieron poco antes de las 6:30 a.m. a un reporte de disparos en una residencia ubicada en la cuadra 9300 de Cloverwood Lane, cerca de Forest Hill-Irene Road. Al llegar al lugar, encontraron a un hombre dentro de la vivienda con una herida de bala.

De acuerdo con las autoridades, los agentes iniciaron maniobras de emergencia para salvarle la vida a la víctima mientras llegaban los paramédicos del Departamento de Bomberos del Condado de Shelby. Posteriormente, el hombre fue trasladado al Regional One Health, donde permanece en condición crítica.

La Oficina del Sheriff informó que un hombre fue detenido en relación con el incidente, aunque hasta el momento no se han anunciado cargos ni se ha revelado su identidad.

Man critically injured in shooting inside Cordova home

(LPL) – A man is in critical condition and another has been detained following a shooting that occurred Monday morning at a home in Cordova, according to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO).

Deputies responded shortly before 6:30 a.m. to a report of gunfire at a residence in the 9300 block of Cloverwood Lane, near Forest Hill-Irene Road. Upon arrival, they found a man inside the home suffering from a gunshot wound.

According to authorities, deputies began life-saving measures on the victim while awaiting the arrival of paramedics from the Shelby County Fire Department. The man was subsequently transported to Regional One Health, where he remains in critical condition.

The Sheriff’s Office reported that a man was detained in connection with the incident, though no charges have been announced and his identity has not yet been released.
