(LPL/FOX13) -Un joven de 17 años fue arrestado y acusado de asesinato en primer grado por la muerte a tiros de un hombre en Frayser, informó el Departamento de Policía de Memphis.

Poco después de las 12:30 de la tarde del sábado, según el Departamento de Policía de Memphis (MPD), los agentes acudieron a un centro comercial en Frayser Boulevard, cerca de Range Line Road, tras recibir una llamada por un tiroteo. La policía informó que encontraron a Joshlyn Dyson, de 22 años, quien murió tras recibir disparos en el lugar de los hechos.

El MPD indicó que los investigadores recopilaron videos y pruebas del lugar de los hechos y encontraron a un joven de 17 años como sospechoso. El martes, la Unidad de Fugitivos del MPD informó que el joven fue arrestado y acusado de asesinato en primer grado por robo con agravantes.

La prometida de Dyson declaró a los medios locales que este dejó dos hijos: una niña de un año y un niño de dos.

17-Year-Old Boy Accused of Murdering Another Man in Frayser Last Weekend

(LPL/FOX13) – A 17-year-old boy was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of a man in Frayser, the Memphis Police Department reported.

Shortly after 12:30 p.m. Saturday, according to the Memphis Police Department (MPD), officers responded to a shopping center on Frayser Boulevard near Range Line Road after receiving a call about a shooting. Police reported they found 22-year-old Joshlyn Dyson, who was shot and killed at the scene.

The MPD said investigators collected video and evidence from the scene and identified a 17-year-old boy as a suspect. On Tuesday, the MPD Fugitive Unit reported that the boy was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in connection with aggravated robbery.

Dyson’s fiancée told local media that he left behind two children: a one-year-old girl and a two-year-old boy.
