Men tied to violent gang arrested for ATM heists in multiple states

(LPL/FOX13) – Cuatro hombres fueron detenidos por el Servicio de Inmigración y Control de Aduanas (ICE) en Jonesboro, Arkansas, por robos de cajeros automáticos en varios estados del sureste.

Según el Departamento de Policía de Jonesboro, están afiliados a la organización terrorista extranjera Tren de Aragua (TDA).

José David Rivas Sifontes, Juan José Marín García, Alexander José Márquez Caraballo y Félix Josué Rendón García fueron detenidos el 3 de abril.
El departamento de policía informó haber recibido un aviso de la Unidad Multiagencial Antipandillas de Memphis y del Departamento de Seguridad Nacional de Memphis, indicando que los hombres se encontraban bajo su jurisdicción.
El Departamento de Policía de Jonesboro (JPD) indicó que las cámaras Flock detectaron la matrícula de uno de los vehículos sospechosos en Phillips Drive, y los agentes pudieron identificarlo en el estacionamiento de un hotel local.

La policía de Jonesboro indicó que el Departamento de Seguridad Nacional y agentes de la oficina local del FBI en Atlanta les ayudaron a localizar un segundo vehículo en el mismo hotel. Investigadores y agentes acudieron a la habitación del hotel donde se sospechaba al sospechoso y localizaron a otros tres hombres que, según afirmaron, estaban relacionados con Rendón García.
La policía informó haber encontrado más de $46,000 en efectivo y varios artículos utilizados en los robos en la habitación del hotel y en los vehículos de los sospechosos.

Los cuatro hombres fueron trasladados al Centro de Detención del Condado de Craighead con órdenes de arresto para ICE y Georgia.

(LPL/WREG) –Four men were detained by ICE after being arrested in Jonesboro, Arkansas for ATM robberies in numerous southeastern states.

According to the Jonesboro Police Department, they are affiliated with the foreign terrorist organization Tren de Aragua, or TDA.

Jose David Rivas Sifontes, Juan Jose Marin Garcia, Alexander Jose Marquez Caraballo, and Felix Josue Rendon Garcia were all taken into custody on April 3.
The police department said it received a tip from the Memphis Multi-Agency Gang Unit and Homeland Security out of Memphis that the men were in their jurisdiction.
JPD said Flock cameras picked up the license plate of one of the suspected vehicles on Phillips Drive, and agents were able to identify the vehicle in the parking lot of a local hotel.

Jonesboro police said Homeland Security and agents with the Atlanta FBI field office helped them locate a second vehicle at the same hotel.
The police department released video of officers stopping one of the vehicles at the intersection of Race and Caraway and arresting Felix Josue Rendon-Garcia on a warrant for robbery out of Georgia.

Investigators and Agents then went to the suspected hotel room and located three other males they said were associated with Rendon-Garcia.
Police said they found over $46,000 in cash and multiple items used in the robberies in hotel room and the suspect’s vehicles.

The four men were transported to the Craighead County Detention Center with holds for ICE and Georgia.
