(LPL) – Jesse Hernández, de 42 años, fue acusado por la Policía de Covington de mantener una relación sexual con una menor de 16 años. Hernández enfrenta cargos de violación estatutaria agravada y solicitud/explotación de un menor por medios electrónicos, según informó el Departamento de Policía de Covington (CPD).
El 19 de julio la División de Investigaciones Criminales del CPD recibió un reporte sobre la presunta relación inapropiada entre el hombre y la menor. El hecho habría ocurrido en una vivienda ubicada en Holly Grove Road, en Covington. Durante la entrevista con los investigadores, Hernández admitió el presunto incidente, indicó la policía.
Se le fijó una fianza de $150,000 y el acusado tiene la orden de no contactar a ninguna de las denunciantes o víctimas relacionadas con el caso. Hernández está citado a comparecer ante el tribunal el 19 de agosto. El CPD señaló que la investigación continúa abierta.

(LPL) – Jesse Hernandez, 42, has been accused by Covington Police of having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old girl. Hernandez faces charges of Aggravated Statutory Rape and Solicitation/Exploitation of a Minor by Electronic Means, according to the Covington Police Department (CPD).
On July 19, the CPD’s Criminal Investigation Division received a report about the alleged inappropriate relationship between the man and the minor. The incident reportedly took place at a home on Holly Grove Road in Covington. During an interview with investigators, Hernandez admitted to the alleged incident, police said.
