(LPL) – Un hombre que circulaba en bicicleta murió después de ser atropellado por un vehículo la mañana de este viernes en Olive Branch, Mississippi.

De acuerdo con la Policía de Olive Branch, el accidente ocurrió poco después de las 6 a.m., en la zona de Germantown Road (Highway 305) y Cedar Crest Lane.

(LPL) – A male cyclist died after being struck by a vehicle on Friday morning in Olive Branch, Mississippi.

According to the Olive Branch Police Department, the accident occurred shortly after 6 a.m. near the intersection of Germantown Road (Highway 305) and Cedar Crest Lane.

Preliminary information indicates that the man was riding his bicycle when he was struck by a vehicle traveling southbound on Germantown Road.

Officers arrived at the scene and found the cyclist suffering from injuries sustained in the collision. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, the victim later died from his injuries.

Police confirmed that the driver remained at the scene following the accident and is cooperating with authorities as the investigation continues.
