Mujer acusada de apuñalar a su novio en Sherwood Forest

(LPL/FOX13) – Una mujer de Memphis fue arrestada después de que los investigadores declararan que apuñaló a su novio durante un “incidente doméstico” y mintió sobre lo sucedido, según los registros.

Rosie Rogers, de 36 años, fue acusada de intento de asesinato en segundo grado y denuncia falsa, según una declaración jurada. Los registros alegan que, tras el apuñalamiento, ideó un plan falso para confundir a la policía mientras investigaban el incidente.
Agentes del Departamento de Policía de Memphis acudieron la madrugada del lunes a una vivienda en la avenida Barron, en el barrio de Sherwood Forest, tras recibir una llamada sobre disparos.
Según los registros judiciales, Rogers apuñaló a su novio, llamó a la policía y les informó de un tiroteo mientras lo sacaba de la casa a escondidas y lo subía al coche. Lo llevó a un hospital bajo un nombre falso, según los registros.

El hombre se encontraba en estado crítico. Según su declaración jurada, Rogers dijo a los investigadores que mintió sobre la situación porque su novio tenía órdenes de arresto activas.

Woman charged with stabbing boyfriend in Sherwood Forest

(LPLFOX13) – A Memphis woman was arrested after investigators said she stabbed her boyfriend during a “domestic incident” and lied about what happened, records show.

Rosie Rogers, 36, was charged with attempted second-degree murder and false reporting, according to an affidavit. Records allege that following the stabbing, she created a fake plot to confuse police as they investigated the incident.
Officers with the Memphis Police Department converged early Monday morning to a home on Barron Avenue in the Sherwood Forest neighborhood after a call about shots being fired.
According to court records, Rogers stabbed her boyfriend, called police and told them there had been a shooting while she covertly snuck him out of the house and loaded him in the car. She took him to a hospital under a fake name, records allege.

The man was last listed in critical condition.
According to her affidavit, Rogers told investigators she lied about the situation because her boyfriend had active warrants for his arrest.
