Tiroteo en restaurante mexicano 7 Mare’s deja un muerto y un herido

(LPL) – Un hombre murió y otro resultó herido tras un tiroteo ocurrido la noche del lunes en el área de Nutbush, en el noreste de Memphis, según informó el Departamento de Policía de Memphis (MPD).

El incidente tuvo lugar alrededor de las 9:30 p.m. en el restaurante mexicano El 7 Mare’s, ubicado en la cuadra 3600 de Jackson Avenue. Cuando los oficiales llegaron al lugar, encontraron a un hombre con una herida de bala, quien fue declarado muerto en la escena.

Otro hombre, también herido en el tiroteo, huyó del lugar y se dirigió a su casa en la cuadra 1600 de Ruskin Road, donde llamó a la policía. Fue trasladado a un hospital y se encuentra en condición no crítica, según indicaron las autoridades.

Hasta el momento no se ha revelado información sobre posibles sospechosos, y la investigación continúa abierta.

Shooting at 7 Mare’s Mexican restaurant leaves one dead and one injured

(LPL) – One man is dead and another injured after a shooting Monday night in the Nutbush area of northeast Memphis, according to the Memphis Police Department (MPD).

The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. at El 7 Mare’s, a Mexican restaurant located in the 3600 block of Jackson Avenue. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound who was pronounced dead on the spot.

A second male victim, also injured in the shooting, ran to his home on the 1600 block of Ruskin Road and called police. He was later taken to the hospital and is in non-critical condition, according to authorities.

No suspect information has been released at this time, and the investigation remains ongoing.
