No habrá “amnistía” para inmigrantes para buscar una fuerza laboral “100 % estadounidense”, dice secretaria de Agricultura

(LPL/CNN) – La secretaria de Agricultura, Brooke Rollins, declaró este martes durante una conferencia de prensa que no habrá “amnistía” para los inmigrantes y que las deportaciones masivas continuarán para lograr una fuerza laboral 100 % estadounidense. Rollins mencionó el número de adultos en el programa de Medicaid y afirmó que hay muchos trabajadores disponibles en Estados Unidos.

“Pensándolo bien, hay 34 millones de adultos sin discapacidades en nuestro programa de Medicaid. Hay muchos trabajadores en Estados Unidos, pero debemos asegurarnos de no comprometernos hoy, especialmente en el contexto de todo lo que estamos considerando”, declaró Rollins. “Por lo tanto, no habrá amnistía bajo ninguna circunstancia; las deportaciones masivas continúan, pero de manera estratégica e intencional, a medida que avanzamos hacia una mayor automatización y una fuerza laboral 100 % estadounidense”.

Rollins también afirmó que las deportaciones deben ser estratégicas para no comprometer el suministro de alimentos del país. “En definitiva, la promesa de garantizar una fuerza laboral 100 % estadounidense se mantiene, pero debemos ser estratégicos en la implementación de las deportaciones masivas para no comprometer nuestro suministro de alimentos. Rollins ofreció la conferencia de prensa en el USDA este martes para anunciar la implementación del Plan de Acción Nacional de Seguridad Agrícola. Enfatizó que el presidente Donald Trump también ha dicho que no habrá amnistía para los inmigrantes.
“El presidente ha sido inequívoco en cuanto a que no habrá amnistía, y eso es muy importante. El resto de nuestro gabinete y yo ciertamente lo apoyamos, implementamos (sus políticas) y nos aseguramos de que se cumplan a diario”, declaró Rollins.

Varios miembros del gabinete y funcionarios del Gobierno, entre ellos la secretaria de Justicia, Pam Bondi, el secretario de Defensa, Pete Hegseth, y la secretaria de Seguridad Nacional, Kristi Noem, acompañaron a Rollins en el anuncio.

There Will Be No “Amnesty” for Immigrants to Seek a “100% American” Workforce, Says Agriculture Secretary

(LPL/CNN) – Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins stated during a press conference Tuesday that there will be no “amnesty” for immigrants and that mass deportations will continue to achieve a 100% American workforce. Rollins mentioned the number of adults in the Medicaid program and stated that there are plenty of workers available in the United States.

“On second thought, there are 34 million adults without disabilities in our Medicaid program. There are plenty of workers in the United States, but we need to make sure we don’t compromise today, especially in the context of everything we’re considering,” Rollins stated. “So there will be no amnesty under any circumstances; mass deportations continue, but strategically and intentionally, as we move toward greater automation and a 100% American workforce.”

Rollins also stated that deportations must be strategic so as not to compromise the country’s food supply. “Ultimately, the promise of ensuring a 100% American workforce remains, but we must be strategic in implementing mass deportations so as not to compromise our food supply. Ultimately, the answer to this is automation, as well as some reforms within the current government structure,” Rollins said.

Rollins held a press conference at the USDA on Tuesday to announce the implementation of the National Farm Security Action Plan. He emphasized that President Donald Trump has also said there will be no amnesty for immigrants.
“The president has been unequivocal that there will be no amnesty, and that is very important. The rest of our Cabinet and I certainly support him, implement (his policies), and ensure they are enforced every day,” Rollins said.

Several Cabinet members and administration officials, including Attorney General Pam Bondi, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, joined Rollins at the announcement.
