Emily Palmer, 21, said she was in the FSU student union area when an alert was issued for a “dangerous situation” on campus.

Students have been informed that the shooter is in custody, but Palmer said she is concerned about what may have happened to her acquaintances.
“I’m worried about my friends. I have friends in class who were evacuated by police with their hands up,” she said.

“I’m shaking,” she said. “There’s just a lot going on,” she told CNN from the safety of her dorm.
