(LPL/WREG) – Un hombre apuntó con un arma a una clienta durante una pelea el domingo por la noche en el restaurante J. Alexander’s, en la zona de Wolfchase, según la Policía de Memphis.
El Departamento de Policía de Memphis (MPD) busca a dos sospechosos acusados de amenazar y agredir a clientes el Día de la Madre en el restaurante ubicado en North Germantown Parkway.
La policía afirmó que el altercado se desató alrededor de las 6:30 p. m. cuando el exnovio de la hija de una de las víctimas se acercó a ella en el restaurante, sosteniendo un arma a su lado, a la vista de todos. Supuestamente le dijo a la mujer que “retrocediera”, y comenzó la pelea.
Una mujer que intentó detener la pelea recibió un puñetazo en la cara por parte de una sospechosa, y un hombre que también intentó intervenir declaró a la policía que el sospechoso le apuntó con el arma al estómago.
Según los informes, los dos sospechosos abandonaron el restaurante en una camioneta Lexus violeta con matrícula temporal de Tennessee.
Un hombre que dijo ser testigo compartió en Facebook Live lo que vio. Dijo que dos mujeres comenzaron a pelear en la mesa de al lado, y luego un grupo de personas saltó el muro del patio y comenzó a atacar a una mujer que estaba comiendo.
Dijo que solo vio una pelea a puñetazos, pero “en un momento, alguien dijo ‘Pistola'”. Un empleado del restaurante corrió por el restaurante y les dijo a todos que se refugiaran debajo de sus mesas.
Dijo que su grupo decidió quedarse en el restaurante después del altercado y pasaron una noche increíble.
Nadie resultó herido durante el altercado.

(LPL/WREG) -A man pulled a gun on a customer during a fight Sunday night at J. Alexander’s restaurant in the Wolfchase area, according to Memphis Police.
The MPD is searching for two suspects accused of threatening and assaulting customers on Mother’s Day at the restaurant on North Germantown Parkway.
Police said the altercation broke out around 6:30 p.m. when the ex-boyfriend of a victim’s daughter approached her at the restaurant, holding a gun to his side where everyone could see it. He allegedly told the woman to “get back,” and a fight began.
A woman who attempted to break up the fight was punched in the face by a female suspect, and a man who also tried to intervene told police the male suspect pointed the gun at his stomach.
Reports said the two suspects then left the restaurant in a purple Lexus SUV with Tennessee temporary tags.
A man who said he was a witness went on Facebook Live describing what he saw, saying two women began fighting at the table next to his, and then a group of people jumped over the patio wall and began attacking a woman who was eating.
He said he only saw a fist fight but, “At some point, somebody said ‘Gun.’” A restaurant employee then ran through the restaurant and told everyone to get under their tables and take cover.
He said his group decided to stay at the restaurant after the action, and had an “amazing” evening.
No one was injured during the altercation.
