(LPL) – Varias personas murieron en un accidente de tránsito que involucró a una patrulla policial y un vehículo particular la noche del miércoles 4 de noviembre en Walls, Mississippi, al sur de Memphis.

El alcalde de Walls, Keidron N. Henderson, confirmó las muertes mediante un comunicado publicado el jueves en la página oficial de Facebook de la ciudad. Sin embargo, no reveló cuántas personas fallecieron ni sus identidades.

«Nuestra comunidad está profundamente entristecida por el trágico accidente automovilístico que involucró a uno de nuestros agentes de patrulla y un vehículo civil», expresó Henderson.
